Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Dynamic Dental Solutions in Jacksonville, FL for a Full-Time CAD/CAM Technician II Design QC.
The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Review prescription and all supporting documentation
- Evaluate scans to ensure accuracy and quality
- Completes crown designs, bridges, veneers, and implants.
- Copy mill design files
- Perform CAD restoration design per customer specifications
- Communication and follow up with the Doctors may be required
- Ensures established turnaround times for product are achieved
- Investigates and addresses customer complaints as needed
- Conduct in-line and final inspections of fixed products to ensure a quality product is delivered to customers on a daily basis.
- Other duties assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of occlusion philosophies such as Dawson, Kois, Spear, etc.
- Experience designing crowns, copings, bridges, models and abutments in 3Shape, Exocad, or equivalent software desired
- Know and understand tooth morphology desired
- Experience with IOS scans and importing files from various scanner software platforms desired
- Must be comfortable in production environment where production quotas are mandated
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- High school Diploma Required
- Must have 12 months of experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician and is skilled in one or more of the tasks associated with a Dental Laboratory Technician.
- Previous Dental CAD experience Desired
- Knowledge of 3Shape and Exocad software usage preferred
- Certificate – form and function morphology, dental ceramic layering, and Emax system are a plus

- Must portray a strong spatial ability in hand-eye coordination, perception skills, and a superior attention to detail.

Experience
Required- 1 year(s): Must have 12 months of experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician and is skilled in one or more of the tasks associated with a Dental Laboratory Technician.
