Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are hiring a Human Resource Coordinator.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, but subject to change from time to time. Hybrid in office and remote position (Ideal candidate lives in Irwin, PA, Heber Springs, AR, Louisville, KY, or Athens, TN).

Key Accountabilities:
Track and oversee new hire 90 day performance reviews for all lab locations
Monitor and track pre-employment requirements, providing HRBP with a weekly update
Review active LOA’s and provide HRBP with report
Oversee filing of WC claims and post-accident testing. Provide compliance and HRBP with updates.
Streamlining HR processes to ensure continuous improvement
Maintaining online team member personnel file
Keeping up to date on governmental laws and requirements that affect the organization
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
Conduct and analyze exit and stay interviews
Administer turnover report for all lab locations
Manage HR specific projects
Review and process HRIS changes
Oversee team member referral bonus program
Review timecards corrections and notify appropriate lab location
Provide support to the HR team with tasks various tasks as needed

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor degree in business or an associated field
