Overview

As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy to drive leasing success across National Development's property portfolio. Leveraging your deep digital marketing expertise, you will collaborate with the firm's residential and commercial business leaders and onsite teams, to create and execute marketing plans that align with property goals and ensure consistent deployment across the firm's portfolio. You are a self-starter who is comfortable setting marketing strategies and rolling up your sleeves to execute tactics while leveraging a data-driven approach. You will report to the VP of Marketing & Communications.

Key responsibilities:Own the strategy and execution of property marketing efforts to achieve performance goals across National Development's residential and commercial portfolio. Develop annual marketing plans and budgets in collaboration with property managers and business leaders.Coordinate the overall strategy and messaging for each property. Ensure that messaging is consistent across all channels (digital, social, print, collateral, etc.).Shape the paid media strategy for all National Development assets to achieve property performance goals. This includes search-engine pay-per-click (PPC) ads, digital display advertising, social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns. Lead Geotargeting, Geofencing, ILS, and email campaigns. Ensure vendor accountability to National Development's brands, efficacy, and budget.Collaborate with onsite teams and asset management to review individual property performance to ensure occupancy and traffic generation goals are achieved. Track and analyze marketing data (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media metrics, etc.) to ensure the success of property campaigns and identify areas for opportunity and growth.Take initiative to identify, research, and launch cutting-edge digital programs to increase property performance.Serve as social media champion for residential and commercial assets. Identify Social Ambassadors for each property and train, monitor, and guide them to achieve impact. Establish and communicate best practices.Manage the creation and maintenance of all National Development property websites leveraging external partners as needed. Review the organic placement of each property website regularly and adjust keywords, tags, etc. as needed.Collaborate with graphic design and leasing partners to produce and maintain all property collateral and signage including brochures, advertorial, direct mail, and marketing campaigns.Collaborate with leasing partners and Events Coordinator to ensure commercial and residential events are effectively marketed and executed.Assist with corporate digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Recommended skills and experience:Minimum of five years' experience in a marketing role preferably in the commercial or residential real estate sector.Proven experience managing digital campaigns SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.Expert with digital, CMS systems, Google Analytics, and other marketing-related products. Experience with Jonah is a plus.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Experience managing external partners and corresponding budgets.Exceptional project management skills.Has an eye for design, and understands what elements make unique creative content.Maintains a positive mindset and is a great collaborator.Experience marketing real estate developments in lease-up are desired.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent progressive experience in marketing.What We Bring You:
