Customer Service / Sales Account Manager
National Electric Wire Company is a premier resistance wire manufacturer in Cream Ridge, NJ. We have been in business for 42 years and are looking to grow our sales/customer service department. We service numerous industries and pride ourselves on quality, customization, and customer service. This position will work with the sales team in a support role.
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual with strong communication skills (both written and oral) and a positive attitude. This person should be extremely organized, resourceful, good at note taking, and eager to learn as much as possible about our industry; this will mean spending time in our manufacturing facility, learning about our process and products. Strong math skills are important, i.e., understanding fractions and percentages is necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls/emails and assist our customers where needed
- Develop strong relationships with existing customer base
- Quote jobs and enter sales orders
- Assist with all inquiries/ issues related to new and existing orders
- Work with production to ensure on-time deliveries
- Assist with market research to ensure competitive pricing and lead times
- Various clerical duties related to sales
- Learn as much as possible about our product and process, which will require spending time in plant, taking notes, and asking questions
Half day Fridays!! This is a full-time position working 4 9-hour days with a 4-hour day on Friday! (Mon-Thurs, 7:30 or 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8am-12:00pm).
