$17/Hour plus FUEL costs

This position is for someone who is excited to drive and can go wherever they are needed that day. The Floater role will cover stores that aren’t staffed due to vacations, sick calls, or stores not yet covered. This person will assist wherever is needed in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but not Limited to)
- Driving to various locations that need serviced
- Receive and stage a variety of outdoor plants in areas designated by store
- Display plants per the store approved Plan-O-Gram (POG)
- Assist store in watering / developing a watering plan with the floral department
- Ensure proper signage is in place
- Maintain a Safe and Clean display area
- Remove and record unsaleable plant material
- Email photos and summary of tasks performed upon completion of service call
- Develop a positive working relationship with store managers and associates
- Document every visit with notes and pictures using email or the Repsly app
REQUIREMENTS:
·Smart phone
- Capable of using softwares and apps used by NGS to include Teams, email, photos etc
· Able to lift 15-30 lbs. repetitively on occasions
· Dependable transportation
· Understand and follow a Plan-O-Gram
· Outgoing and able to interact with store personnel and customers
· Merchandising Experience preferable; will train those with a positive attitude

· Hour vary by store assignment(s)
· Competitive hourly pay; paid bi-weekly
