Qualifications:
In order to qualify for a Program Analyst, GS-0343 position at the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: applying a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of programs; interpreting findings resulting from studies, and developing modifications, revisions, and implementing procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations; providing guidance and interpretation on policies, regulations, and emerging legislation regarding programs; participating in strategic program planning, development and evaluation and implementation of long-term program goals and directives.Do not copy and paste the duties, specialized experience, or occupational assessment questionnaire from this announcement into your resume as that will not be considered a demonstration of your qualifications for this position.
