DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES
Communicate with customers on RFQ, orders (emails & phone calls)
Communicate with suppliers on pricing and orders (emails & phone calls)
Support outside sales team
Enter quotes and sales orders
Troubleshooting customers order status & issues
Research and cross reference customer part numbers to NRE part numbers
Communicate with shipping to be sure sales order ships in a timely manner
Coordinate with production scheduling of component builds
Works with computer programs: Word, Excel, MAS
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
