What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tree Climbers - Arborists position at National Tree Service?
We are looking to hire an experienced, dedicated, and hard-working tree climber long-term, who is capable of providing high-quality tree care to our residential and commercial clients. Responsible for cutting down, pruning, or trimming branches, leaves, and roots from trees to prevent damage and destruction or for aesthetic purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a team environment, and communicate effectively with other crew members.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Must have at least 2 years experience
- Be able to climb trees with and without the use of spurs.
- Have knowledge of operation and maintenance of chainsaws, chippers, and other basic equipment.
- Preferably familiar with executing proper pruning practices per ISA standards.
- Have superior attention to detail to maintain high-quality service to all clients.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to safely operate tree trucks.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
SALARY: NEGOTIABLE
