We offer a consulting, advisory and assistance program for a select group of people meeting certain minimum credit/financial criteria.

Our high volume and rapid expansion demands that we continue to seek out highly qualified Application Specialists/Sales Reps to start immediately at our Pompano Beach Office!! Your goals in this position are to use your knowledge, experience, data resources, and premier customer service skills to guide our clients through our company application process and save them valuable time, money, and aggravation while easing the process of finding the perfect loan or solution to match their needs. You will provide a level of professionalism and understanding of our industry that embodies a personal touch when working with our customers and provide them with the best possible options to assist them with as many options as possible so they can be confident that they made the right decision.

There is No Cold Calling in this role. You are promoting our SERVICE and you are assisting clients with the first step of their loan application process.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand clients’ needs and requirements
  • Enthusiastically assist clients with the first step of the loan process (the application)
  • Use a set script with every call to explain our service and process
  • Must verify client information and document with detail
  • Must maintain compliance standards per state and federal guidelines
  • Must understand and explain the steps of our process to obtain a Customer Service Agreement (CSA) from every client

OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must Know the Clients Goals - Make it a priority to ask and understand client’s goals. Sometimes clients are wary of divulging their real borrowing needs. We want them to be comfortable and forthcoming so we can provide genuine value during our application process.
  • Must be Able to Stay Patient - Some situations are out of our control. You may hit obstacles with some clients. You need to know how to remain composed and in high spirits throughout the process for both the client and for our work environment and culture.
  • Must be Able Communicate Clearly - You need to keep clients informed and interested. Starts with clear communication.
  • Must stay positive and professional. You're going to hit your share of "No's" and challenges out of your control. Our team must remain focused and in high spirits through adversity. Not emotional or negative with difficult situations. Your conversation with the client is a professional engagement, and you need to treat it as such throughout its course. No matter what situation irritates you, don't lose control of yourself.
  • Fluency in English with excellent comprehension, speaking, grammar and writing skills
  • Fluency in the Spanish language is a plus!
  • 2-3 years of experience working with the public in a sales related capacity (Call Center experience, Inside and/or Outside sales)
  • Finance industry experience is a plus
  • Reliability and Punctuality is an absolute must!
  • Be positive, coachable, self-motivated and have a strong competitive spirit!
  • Must possess strong communication, and time management skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for problem solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach
  • Strong Computer Skills, 2-3 years of experience with CRM and Microsoft Applications. Able to type information into CRM while speaking to client (completing the application)
  • Must be able to read, write, and talk at a proficient level
  • Engaging Personality and Confident Demeanor
  • Desire to constantly improve
  • Must submit a current updated resume
  • Must have Open Availability and be able to work one Saturday per month from 10am to 3PM

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year or higher, plus incentives!!
