Nature's Care Orlando LLC, located in Longwood, FL has been serving customers in Central and South Florida for the past six years. We provide commercial landscape maintenance services, design/build, commercial irrigation, fertilization and pest control. We are seeking to hire an energetic individual as a Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager. This position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts in Central Florida.
The Account Manager is the main point of contact for our clients and assists the company's production team in obtaining high quality landscape maintenance services from the field and office. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals through the delivery of outstanding service and strong client relationships while continuing to grow the company's book of business through new sales/business development.
You will need to be able to create property reports for customer management teams as well as Natures Care Divisions with the ability to follow up on open items.
Qualifications:
- Monitors operation expenses by reviewing financial reports and providing avenues to improve the company's bottom line with the production team.
- Communicates the client's expectations to the production team.
- Develops and maintains long-term client relationships to ensure their expectations are met and complaints are resolved throughout the cycle of their contracts.
- Identifies job site priorities and/or coordination of job site schedules.
- Executes landscape quality audits to provide enhancement and/or maintenance opportunities to the client and to provide feedback to the production team on quality of job sites.
- Provides support on collection of accounts receivables.
- Creates client proposals, contracts, and recommendations and estimates that achieve targeted revenue goals.
- Involved in the company's' growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provides excellent organizational management, leadership and communication between client and production team.
- Able to work with Operation Manager to schedule and route maintenance work to achieve maximum efficiency.

- Collaborates with Operations Manager and production team to ensure profitability goals are in alignment for subcontracted services, materials, equipment, projects, labor management, etc.
- Promotes high standards for customer service, safety culture and a positive team environment.
- Assists the Operations Manager in hiring, disciplinary action, training and mentoring of crew members.
- Provides assistance on managing crew members as needed, including performance management, addressing complaints, and planning, assigning or directing work load.
- Handles high-level conflict and provides resolutions that are beneficial to the client without negatively impacting the operation.
- Assist in ordering material and supplies for projects in a timely fashion.
- Ability to manage multiple crews, making recommendations for hires, promotions and pay increases, while maintaining budget.
- Knowledge of landscape processes, equipment and safety guidelines.
- Basic foundation in landscape maintenance and design knowledge.
- Extensive infield experience for understanding crew workloads, budgets, and hours to complete tasks.
- Knowledge of turf and plant material specific to Florida.
- Able to estimate and sell enhancement work on existing accounts.
- Knowledge of insect and disease specific to Florida.
Supports and promotes company standards including company culture, company goals and objectives, and state and federal laws or regulations.
Job Requirements
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email management.
- Basic Mobile App knowledge to create work tickets
