Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Receptionist include providing support to our upper management and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Ultimately, a successful receptionist should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service skills with an open, courteous, friendly and professional personality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have working knowledge of using multi-line telephone equipment.
- Must be familiar with computers and able to type and efficiently, use word processing, spreadsheet and email programs.
- Must be able to efficiently handle multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and providing excellent Customer service.
- Answer incoming calls in an efficient, polite, and professional manner; forward phone calls to other extensions or voice mail boxes. Greet customers who are walking in the store.
- Round Robin ( Fair distribution )
- General understanding of the listings, products
- English/ Spanish fluent
- Other duties may be assigned.

Position Type:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. but are flexible based on need. Evening, night, and weekend work may be required as duties demand.
