What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-house Technical Recruiter position at NavAide?
Seeking an In-house Technical Recruiter to support our team. We concentrate primarily on providing management and technical consulting services to the Federal Government. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining pipelines for our DoD contracts/projects. Ideal candidate aligns with our Vision, Mission, and Core Principles and thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Effective management of a significant requisition load, you will be the Lead Recruiter
- Effectively and efficiently manage candidate flow activities within our applicant tracking system
- Development/implementation of sourcing plans to address hard to find skills, niche markets, etc., screening, coordinating interviews
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to intimately understand all aspects of candidate conversion
- Help develop and implement talent strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of Technical Recruiting experience
- DoD recruiting experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- U.S. citizenship is required
Location: Rancho Bernardo headquarters (in office position however will look at remote for the right candidate). For a local candidate, position may move to hybrid once ramped up.
