We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for cultivating new leads, converting leads into clients, and guiding clients through the home buying and selling process.
Compensation:$40,000
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads and follow up with potential clients via phone and email- Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
- Educate clients on the home buying and selling process, as well as the current real
- estate market
- Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with our team's agents
- Manage client relationships throughout the buying and selling process
- Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and technologies
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas
- Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a real estate or related field Excellent
- communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to make outbound calls daily
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Experience using CRM software and Google Office suite
