Our client is a managed IT Services leader partnering with businesses in planning, developing, and implementing enterprise-class technology services. Naviga has been retained to help identify a PC Technician to join their team.
Title: PC Technician
Location: Greenville, SC

Responsibilities:
- Imaging and troubleshooting technology components (computers, tablets, smartboards, printers)
- Identifying and eliminating hardware and software issues as necessary
- Providing technical support to co-workers
- Performing tests and evaluations on new hardware as requested
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues
- Managing technical documentation as requested
- Efficiently work onsite to complete necessary installations or troubleshooting
- Keep an accurate inventory of product necessary for installations
- Load and unload deliveries of product onsite
- Stay informed with latest updates and apps necessary for product functionality
- Effectively communicate progress of installations to the assigned lead technician
- Resolve or escalate issues as necessary and in a timely fashion
- Coordinate with other technicians to ensure efficient problem solving
- Display the highest level of customer service
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- 1-3 years experience in technology troubleshooting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Detail and fact-oriented; results-focused.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Travel:75%
