Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the internal sales hiring strategy
- Collaborate with the executive team to determine annual hiring needs
- Create compelling job descriptions and messaging to attract passive talent
- Source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to events, networking, databases, and social media
- Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates based on high-performance sales criteria
- Schedule interviews on behalf of hiring teams
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities
- Track and analyze hiring metrics to identify successes and areas for improvement
- Support hiring teams in making objective hiring decisions
- 5 years of proven experience in sales recruiting
- Experience in the full recruitment life cycle
- Familiarity with sales KPIs as hiring criteria
- Experience in developing hiring strategies
- Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
