Expert Services Consultant, CPQ & Billing
Location – Remote Central/East time zones
Navint is a consulting firm specializing in the Lead-to-Revenue process and is unique in that we believe that management consulting and technical consulting need to work together to deliver customer success. We’re seeking an Expert Services Consultant to add to our Client Success team who will bridge the customer experience throughout the customer engagement lifecycle, including pre-sales, implementation, and support. Highly visible in nature and strategic to Navint, the consultant will work with Navint sales, advisory and technical delivery depending on the customer’s needs. The role will directly impact our customer’s Lead-to-Revenue business success and Navint’s ability to scale.

Primary Responsibilities:
Presales:
Support pre-sales activities for assigned opportunities on behalf of Navint management to position, present and sell Navint recurring revenue solutions. Presales activities and deliverables will include:
- Demonstration - conduct discovery and requirements gathering, in conjunction with the Sales team (both internal and Salesforce), to successfully demonstrate to the clients’ requirements
- Scoping Process - Participating in and contribute to implementation discovery and scoping sessions
- Business Guidance - Leverage technical knowledge and business mindset to guide customer towards an achievable vision and set expectations
- Engagement Estimation - Estimate engagement timeline, resource requirements and project timeline
- Pricing Proposal - Present implementation scope & pricing proposal to the client
- SOW Creation - Write the Statements of Work for qualified opportunities
- SOW Negotiation Support – Work closely under the advisement of the EVP Client Success and with the Account Executive to successfully negotiate a deal through close
Delivery:
During the client engagement, the Expert Services Consultant will engage with key stakeholders at the client, the Navint executive team and the Navint delivery team:
- Relationships - Build and expand a network of key executive relationships throughout the client, including and up to the C-level
- Business and System Design - Lead workshops to optimize business design with system design/capabilities. Communicate tradeoffs between process change and customizations to facilitate decisions that serve the customer’s long-term vision
- Client Satisfaction - Ensure high client satisfaction and grow Navint’s client presence
- Ecosystem Awareness - Provide guidance on the lead to revenue ecosystem including solutions outside of the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. ERP, tax, order management, usage mediation, revenue recognition and core financials)
Key Skills and Experience:
- Salesforce CPQ & Billing experience preferred along with the ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Customer facing experience, such as account management, client service and/or management consulting
- Manage several engagements concurrently, potentially between 3-5 engagements
- Problem-solving skills, with ability to plan and (re)prioritize
- Able to effectively manage scope change within a project or program
- Professional written and verbal communication skills with C-level and executives
- Business-savvy, with experience of building, maintaining and nurturing stakeholder relationships with clients, partners and Navint internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail while understanding the big picture
- Proficient in presenting technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics
