Sales Manager
As a leader within our Sales team, you will be instrumental in building and leading a team that is responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate has scaled a sales team in the SaaS, digital health, or health tech industries. Experience selling software directly to employers or via employee benefits brokers is preferred.
This role requires a go-getter - someone who has managed a quota driven sales team previously and who’s willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the full sales cycle. You will help build the processes and develop the talent that will represent Nayya in the market.
As an early leader at Nayya, you will be an essential culture carrier, talent advocate and a role model in building our employer and broker alliances team. You will help scale this team as we continue to grow.
Core Responsibilities
- Coach and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives responsible for selling to employers with 1000 or more lives
- Support the team in building a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, and meeting with C-level buyers
- Recruit, retain, and nurture your team of experienced sales professionals with high potential and strong performance history.
- Become an expert in all things Nayya; display a deep understanding of our products’ functionality, features, and impact to customers
- Be on top of market, product, and pricing trends
- Build repeatable sales processes that scale as we grow
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospects/customers as needed
- Meet established metrics and goals
Requirements
- 6-8 years in SaaS sales, with 3-4 years in a sales leadership role; software sales experience experience with digital health and employee benefits strongly preferred
- Talent advocate who has built a team before
- Experience managing a team 5-7 quota driven sales representatives
- A natural people person who is passionate about building relationships
- Relentless drive to identify, pursue and close new partnerships
- Excellent presentation and pitching experience; we will look to you to call on high level corporate leaders with comfort and professionalism
