Job Description
- Provide support to with Social media editors & managers to develop and grow fan engagement strategies
- Craft social copy for videos and posts cross platform
- Assist with content creation for E! News Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook etc.
- Engage with E!'s loyal fanbase
- Create, collect, and edit assets for videos, specifically Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Identify newsy or shareable soundbites with trending sounds from new and archive footage
- Identify viral and emerging stories/trends and pitch to the content team for write-ups
- Provide insight for clever angles, second beats and shareable headlines
- Keep up to date on industry trends/productions methods/social strategies
- Juggle multiple projects and shows with parallel timelines
- Other departmental & administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 years professional experience in social media/digital content
- Demonstrable experience identifying shareable/viral content: pop culture expert fluent in what's trending and always plugged in to latest conversations
- Excellent writing skills and a sharp wit - quick with a brand-appropriate Twitter copy or pop culturally relevant Instagram caption that aligns with the E! News voice
- Ability to abide by and enforce E!’s social media brand guidelines
- Experience with Premiere Pro, SocialFlow, Facebook Creator Studio, Dash Hudson plus thorough understanding of Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/TikTok insights preferred
- Must be able to work Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Additional Information:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000
