We are currently seeking a Logistics Analyst based in Goose Creek, SC or Corona, CA reporting to the Sr. Logistics Manager. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for supporting our Supply Chain Team by providing advanced analytical support that transforms raw data into actionable information, ultimately driving business and strategy decisions. This role is also composed of tactical responsibilities that drive increases in inventory accuracy and 3PL performance. The position requires strong collaboration with various cross-functional groups including Sourcing, Quality, Marketing, Finance, and Project Management on various long-term initiatives and day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Organization and Strategy:
- Participate in Supply Chain initiatives defined in the sourcing roadmap
- Support the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy and analyze opportunities to integrate with the broader organization
- Base Business Support:
- Manage eCommerce fulfillment processes and warehouse, providing support for commercial initiatives to drive sales as well as any customer service issues requiring root cause analysis and/or warehouse support
- Manage shipping of eCommerce orders in ERP system
- Interact with buyers/finance to create and/or manage purchase order supporting open invoices
- Manage the inventory portfolio via inventory reconciliations between WMS(s) and ERP system and transfers between warehouses based on projected demand and business needs
Additional Responsibilities
- Negotiate rate quotes
- Freight bill auditing
- Initiate freight claims as they occur and follow through to completion of claim
- Assist in preparing shipping documents for domestic and international shipping
- Qualify and set up new carriers in our TMS system
- Maintain database of logistic information
- Logistic support to branch locations throughout the US, Asia, and Canada
- Evaluate carrier performance based on service and cost

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Transportation or Logistics Supply Chain Management preferred
- 2-4 years relevant transportation/logistics experience
- Experience with ERP systems. strong preference for JDE or SAGE
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations
