POSITION SUMMARY


Create, implement and continually analyze the company’s marketing strategy to generate leads needed to meet goals within the marketing budget. Create the content, design, and production of marketing campaigns and materials. Represents the

Company as a Brand Ambassador though relationship development. Protect the company brand and support the company’s management, purpose, mission, and values.  The KPIs for this position are number of leads generated and performance to marketing budget.


JOB FUNCTIONS

Digital Marketing – responsible for lead generation using digital marketing channels. This may be done entirely in house

by this position or along with a digital marketing company.

  • Manage the Company’s website and social media accounts/campaigns.
  • Collects and responds to online ratings and communications
  • Assists in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies, with the goal of creating as many sales leads as possible each year at an allowable cost. 
  • Collect and create the content needed for the digital marketing strategy including photos, videos, case studies, blogs


Relationship Development - grow the referral base through professional relationship development to increase the number of lead received through referrals

  • Professionally and enthusiastically represent the Company as a Brand Ambassador at professional organizations, home/trade/business/community shows and other civic organizations events to promote the Company and provide visitors with a remarkable experience.
  • Manage home/trade/business/community logistics including events calendar management, registration order deadline tracking, show order placement, shipment and setting up of booth and supporting marketing collateral. 

 

Marketing – use other marketing and advertising method to develop leads within the allowable cost.

  • Create the content, design, and production of marketing campaigns and materials
  • Utilizes internal or grassroots methods to develop leads including email marketing, customer referral program, yard signs, etc
  • Identifies marketing methods and tools for future consideration
  • Applies for company awards, finds promotional opportunities in the community.
  • Protects the company’s brand and reputation.


Other – serve as an integral part of the team.

  • Enters leads and other statistical data into our CRM as needed. 
  • Assists leadership in marketing to assist in recruiting efforts
  • Occasionally assist other departments with various administrative duties on an as-needed basis. 
  • Drives for the company in a safe manner.
  • Regular, reliable on-site attendance.


NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

·  Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.  

·  Basic photography, photo editing, video and video editing skills.

·  Content writing and proofreading skills.

· Verbal presentation skills

·  Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associates Degree in marketing preferred;
  • 2 years of experience in the marketing field; or,
  • A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
  • A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
