RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.) Administrative support in sales department
2.) Develop and maintain good customer relations
3.) Detailed preparation of sales reports and pricing analysis
4.) Support of sales activities (internal and with customers)
5.) Prepare quotations and other correspondence
6.) Negotiate with customer: part pricing, tooling, service pricing, design changes and cost reductions)
7.) Enter pricing into customer portals and Neaton ERP database
8.) Ensure commercial issues are submitted and approved by customer. Track and close open issues.
9.) Track and report on sales activity with customer
10.) Adhere to company policies, TS-16949 and J-SOX procedures
11.) This position requires inside and outside sales activities with emphasis on meeting customer and management’s expectations
12.) Plan, prepare and make sales presentations
REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Minimum of associate’s degree or demonstrated sales/customer service experience in a related industry
2.) Travel both domestically and abroad as required
3.) Strong communication and organization skills
4.) Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and manufacturing processes
