As an Independent Outside Sales Representative (1099 role), you are responsible for identifying and bringing in new business. You will train and manage the business you bring in to Neauvia. You will be reporting to the sales director of Neauvia North America.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing new business through proactive lead generation, with a primary focus on med spas, dermatologist, and plastic surgeons.
- Working closely with our digital sales team to ensure high conversion.
- Staying abreast of aesthetic trends in the market.
- Managing the sales process efficiently and effectively; from initial contact, product demo, and contract negotiation.
- Presenting and demonstrating Neauvia’s value proposition and product offerings verbally, through tailored proposals, and product demos.
- Working with Customer Support and other internal resources to ensure high-quality and seamless customer experience.
- Hitting and exceeding individual targets consistently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant aesthetics sales experience.
- Excellent English; written and verbal communication skills (Spanish a plus).
- Proven track record as true hunter and consultive solution seller, ideally in the aesthetic market
- Entrepreneurial mindset, go-getter, self-motivation mind set
- Team Spirit: individual role but must be willing to share ideas on best practices and experiences to collectively win as a team.
- Appreciation for consulting in the aesthetic market to help accounts grow their business.
