Job Posting for Service Desk Analyst at Nederman Holding USA, Inc
We are looking for you to join us as a new member to complement our global Service Desk team. Your function is part of a larger organization with Service Desk that takes the first and second-line support and work closely with our global the IT Operations team.
What you will do
You will be working with in the 1st and 2nd line support cases and helping out the company's employees with IT support, maintenance, troubleshooting and installations. We currently have about 2,000 employees in 25 countries and maintain manufacturing bases in 13 countries. We are in a robust development phase where we are placing a strong focus on automation, digitalization and building the IT of the future in a scalable manner, with satisfied end users as a result.
End user support in Windows, Office and other Nederman applications
Installation of PC and Laptop
Register and working with case in our global ticket system
Installation and configuration of Windows PC/Laptops
