Full Job Description

As a remote Recruiter, you will develop and implement proactive/creative recruitment programs. To help achieve our mission, you will ensure maintenance of staffing levels for current and future openings. Your ability to ensure the timely hiring of competent staff by being fully responsible for the employment process of assigned Locations is of vital importance. Interpreting and communicating Human Resources policies and procedures for team members and management is essential.
Job Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to formulate a recruitment strategy to fill vacancies in a timely and cost efficient manner.
• Develops innovative recruitment programs such as target advertising, employment open houses, career fairs, and search committees on an ongoing basis.
• Consults with managers in assigned locations to develop and implement retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Keeps current with new industry sources/techniques and shares information with peers.
• Provides input to Compensation on market and equity issues impacting the ability to recruit.
• Understands the concept of passive recruiting and utilizes this methodology while sourcing candidates.
• Interviews, screens and refers qualified applicants for open positions of all levels.
• Provides feedback to managers and makes recommendations regarding hiring decisions.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of compensation and benefits from a recruiting standpoint as well as an understanding of OFCCP regulations and FLSA compliant staffing procedures.
• Collaborates with management in the determination of starting salaries in accordance with Compensation guidelines.
• Serves as an employment subject matter expert for assigned departments by providing regular communication and technical advice on all matters pertaining to recruitment needs.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
