Job description -
- Navigate service requests within the Need It Now shipment management system
- Dispatch
- Monitor orders according to client requests, specifications or needs
- Manage activities throughout the transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
- Reporting issues to customers, customer service and account managers in real time
- Retrieving real time pictures of orders / shipments left at residences
- Documenting service issues and inputting notes where needed
- Calling IC business partners when jobs are approaching deadlines
- Determine response needed to deal with emergencies, accidents, and breakdowns effectively and appropriately
- .Consult with managerial personnel to meet operational goals
- Other duties/tasks as assigned
Pay - $17 - $18 depending on experience
Schedule - 9am - 6pm, weekends as needed (30 minute lunch, 2 x 15 minute breaks)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
