As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Producer/Project Manager to join our team and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently externally and internally. We have a heavy presence in Urban Latin Music including Corridos, Reggaeton, Indie and more.
Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced agency Project Manager to ensure that projects are scoped perfectly, delivered on time, on budget, and meet the agency's standards of quality. You'll be a collaborative leader and a detail-oriented problem solver who will work closely with all departments to ensure that projects are successful. 3 years of production and or operations experience, preferably in an agency setting or other industry-related experience. You will operate and manage client facing internal projects. The ideal candidate lives and breathes internet culture and has their finger on the pulse of culture.You will manage releases on a global level and work closely with artist managers, recording artists, record labels and brands to ensure campaigns are executed at the highest level of impact and efficiency. Ideal candidate is not afraid of quick turnaround times. Ideal candidate has a strong network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, creative projects, and marketing stunts; manage timelines, budgets, and resources from intake to closing.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate regular meetings, and mentor team members to ensure alignment and productivity.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize workflows; implement and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for key clients; collaborate with the Creative Director and Brand Manager on proposals and client communications.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the agency’s budget; monitor financial performance and report on variances.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop reporting systems to track project performance, team productivity, and financial metrics; provide insights to senior management.
- Creative Resource Management: Source creative talent

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Project Delivery: On-time and on-budget project completion, client satisfaction, and repeat business rates.
- Financial Performance: Adherence to budget, overall profitability, and revenue growth.
- Process Efficiency: Reduction in project cycle times and the impact of SOPs on operations.
- Vendor Management: Cost savings, quality of vendor deliverables, and successful collaborations.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail, with experience maintaining and updating project management software
- Producer should be able to not only handle all day-to-day administrative requirements, but add creative value (this part is important), especially when it comes to platform campaigns, ensuring client requirements, style guides, and processes are followed
- Spanish Speaker
- 3 years of experience in project management, in a creative or marketing agency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- An intense drive to “get things done”, making innovative ideas come to life without having the perfect guidebook on how to do it.
