About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in marketing and gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of content for marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Help organize and execute marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Monitor social media channels and assist in social media marketing efforts, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
  • Help with the creation and distribution of marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling correspondence.


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous internship or coursework related to marketing is a plus.
