Marbled & Fin, the luxurious new concept opening early June 2024 in downtown Charleston, is locally owned and operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). The restaurant features sleek interiors and progressive menus with an unwavering focus on top-notch hospitality.
Our modern steak and seafood restaurant will have a focus on premium beef while also committing to refined, modern and creative local seafood and sides dishes. We are seeking team members who will embrace our culture of positivity and are committed to cultivating an atmosphere of excellence for our guests. - Applicants should have at least 1 years experience as a Pastry Cook in an upscale, high-volume, fast paced restaurant. We are looking for those that are familiar with traditional pastry techniques (ice cream production, lamination sugar work) and comfortable with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking bread and cracker items daily. Someone with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
