Primary Purpose
- Maintain
a familiarity of NEIS policies
- Maintain working knowledge of customer requirements
- Create
an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set
clear team goals
- Delegate
tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee
day-to-day department SOP
- Monitor
team performance
- Report
OKRs and KPIs to Manager
- Motivate
team members
- Identify
training needs and provide coaching
- Listen
to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize
high performance and reward accomplishments
- Encourage
creativity and risk-taking
- Strictly
follow all security requirements
- Superintend partner support
mailbox and monitor timely responses
- Handle mid-level escalation of carrier
complaints
- Maintain schedule of routine team
task rotations
- Delegate non-routine incoming
work related to partner support
- Will routinely meet with other
Team Leads and Manager
- Will lead discussion or topics
for team meetings
- Will prepare documentation and
feedback for performance evaluations
- Any other task manager deems
appropriate to the position
Requirements
Requirements

Required/Preferred:
· Minimum Associates degree
in Business, Accounting or related field preferred
· Experience in bookkeeping,
accounting or commercial insurance will be considered in lieu of a college
degree
· Ability to read, analyze and
interpret financial documents
· General PC knowledge including
Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of Visual Audit is a plus
· Ability to communicate well
with customers and staff
· Represent NEIS, Inc. in a
professional manner
· Valid driver’s license and
satisfactory driving record (based on NEIS Inc. guidelines)
- Proven work
experience as a team leader or supervisor
