We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and assist our franchisees in developing localized marketing plans. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in fostering the growth and success of our franchisees by providing them with marketing guidance, support, and resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding local markets, creating marketing strategies, ensuring consistent branding, and assisting in defining Nekter Juice Bar's long-term positioning strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with franchisees to create effective localized marketing plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Local Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer demographics, and competition in the area.
• Marketing Support: Offer guidance, training, and resources to franchisees on best marketing practices and strategies.
• Marketing Material Creation: Design, develop, and distribute marketing collateral, including promotional materials, social media content, and email campaigns, to align with the local marketing strategies.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, monitor their performance, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Digital Marketing: Assist franchisees in optimizing their online presence, including websites and social media platforms, to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Positioning Strategy: Assist in defining Nekter Juice Bar's long-term positioning strategy by conducting competitor, industry, and customer analysis to ensure long-term customer loyalty and success.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and insights from franchisees to continuously improve marketing plans and materials.
• Collaborate with design team on writing and implementing advertising copy for display/search ads, landing pages, and positioning to ensure brand standards and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to meet with franchisees when required.

As required by applicable Pay Transparency Laws, Nekter Juice Bar provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location or other relevant factors.

The pay range for this role is: $85,000-$100,000
