SERVICE ADVISOR

Apple Valley Honda, part of the Nelson Family Automotive Group, is looking for the right candidate to join our growing team of talented Service Advisors. We are seeking a candidate with experience as a service advisor and a track record of exceptional customer service. Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. Must be a team player who works well in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate must possess talent, drive, energy, character, strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet service department customers promptly and courteously attitude is everything!
- Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to service technicians
- Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates
- Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
- Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
- Offer additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
- Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
- Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
- Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
- Keep Service Manager informed of any issues
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Available Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Willing to work overtime or to come to work early if needed
- Current Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must meet our motor vehicle report standards and pass criminal background check
- Bi-Lingual a plus
Salary : $5,000 - $8,000
