NELTS, Inc is a leading provider in Landscaping, Sweeping, & Snow Removal that is a family owned and operated company based in North Franklin CT. We give our customers the best service and use only the highest quality products to deliver outstanding results. Due to rapid growth we are searching for a honest, skilled, dedicated, & loyal Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers while using our services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients , internal and external team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. In addition to, proactively managing services and schedules using our technology platforms, and maintaining set KPI's. Must be able to work most weekends and some 2nd-3rd shifts during the week.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively transition new client relationships from the Sales process to the Implementation and Account Launch process.
- Ensure customer properties are maintained properly per SOW and are safe for services like Snow Removal, Landscaping, Parking Lot Sweeping, & More
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
- Retention Calls
- Effectively negotiate ongoing contractual agreements
- Manage administrative functions such as reporting, invoicing, tracking, property measurements, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous account management experience in Facility Maintenance
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing roles
- Team & Solution Oriented
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Ability to be available 24/7 during storms or emergencies
Experience:
- Snow removal: 1 year (Preferred)
- Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
