We are in business to serve the people who serve the people.Implementation Consultants are responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process for new NEOGOV customers. In this position, you will work with a team of highly skilled consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. You will be supporting multiple HRIS customers implementing a variety of NEOGOV HRIS products, specifically our Benefits platform.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Develop an applicable understanding of NEOGOV’s Implementation and Configuration practices.Execute deployments (implementations) and best practice coaching for small-mid size customers.Demonstrate configurations through building prototype systems and assist in testing.Develop and maintain project plans, issues logs, status reports, and time/budget reports.Identify system improvements and process opportunities in HRIS and Benefits product pillar.Track support level and customer satisfaction metrics by ensuring support SLA’s are being achieved and exceeded.Serve as a coach, mentor, knowledge resource, and escalation point for customers and support representatives.Participating in City Tours, NEOGOV’s Annual Conference, industry events, and face-to-face customer meetings (Travel - 20%)
