Neosho Valley Feeders, a commercial Feedyard located in Parsons, KS, is currently seeking applicants for a full-time Feed Mill Manager position.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Operate the mill in order to produce a consistent flake for feed rations
- Monitor flake quality by sampling and recording specification data
- Monitor all milling equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
- Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall operational integrity of all milling equipment
- Monitor quality of commodities received through regular inspection
- Responsible for daily housekeeping in the mill
- Maintain safe company facilities and work areas
Qualified candidates for this position will possess the following:
- Prior experience in the feed milling is required
- Ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment
- A positive, team-work attitude and excellent work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A Valid Driver's License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
