Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are recorded correctly.
- Maintain and update customer and sales data in our ERP system and database.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain organized sales records, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate tasks with various departments to support overall business objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in business administration is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software tools.
- Previous experience in sales operations.
