Are you an experienced professional in material management, planning, and logistics? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Launch Coordinator to join our team and ensure smooth production processes.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing material inventory, coordinating build status, and ensuring the availability of the correct raw materials to meet production demands.
What You’ll Do :
- Material & Inventory Management : Oversee and manage material inventory to ensure the availability of necessary components for production.
- Production Scheduling : Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring that operations align with planned timelines.
- Schedule Validation : Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to the established schedule.
- Engineering Changes & BOM Management : Handle engineering changes and maintain a thorough understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) structures.
- Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, managing inbound shipments and ensuring clear, tactful communication across all levels.
Key Qualifications :
- Proven experience in material management, planning, and logistics.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, and proficiency in reporting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating resourcefulness and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations with diplomacy.
