We are currently seeking a Manager, Retail Activation & Digital Commerce to be located in Stamford, CT and report to the Senior Manager, Retail Activation & Digital Commerce. The primary responsibilities include:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Shopper marketing manager will cover the following Supermarket accounts:
- Kroger
- Meijer
- Albertsons
- Wakefern
- Building brand equity and driving demand at retail through insights led Shopper Marketing activation
- A deep understanding of customer and brand objectives
- Develops creative briefs and successfully collaborates with agency to execute creative flawlessly for all program activations.
- Be the liaison between sales teams mentioned above delivering strategic plans for that costumer that drive NNS and profitable growth
- ROI Analysis on a program by program basis
- Present with conviction to sales teams and brand teams with strong recommendations
- Manage shopper budget for each customer team and communicates period end budget spend versus forecast on a monthly basis to finance
- Be able and willing to work on large cross functional teams (including internal and external teams)
- Ability to travel to meet with sales teams, inputs on customer presentations and attends customer meetings as assigned
Key qualifications include:
- Must have 5 years in shopper marketing (specifically on customers mentioned above)
- Outstanding project management (PM) skills with ability to manage and lead multiple projects and resources simultaneously
- Strategic thinking and planning ability
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences including senior management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships
- Flexible and thrive on change and fast-paced environment
- Budget management experience
- Consumer packaged goods experience a plus
- Proven success working with large cross functional teams
- Must have experience working with retail media and eCommerce search
