POSITION SUMMARY
As an IT Innovation Manager, you'll be executing the digital innovation initiatives across Nestle USA to ensure that we deliver digital solutions with proven hypotheses via prototyping and forward-looking concepts and investments. You will identify new technology and solutions for a given scope using existing technology or new development and production methods for the IT organization. We'll count on you to inspire and foster an innovative and entrepreneurial culture while leveraging lean agile approaches.
- Self-manage the product offering from idea creation to concept design, development, and launch to ensure approved revenue/cost savings targets are met
- Build product business cases and define requirements using agile methods such as epics and user stories
- Provide subject matter expertise and conflict resolution to internal and external stakeholders
- Build flexible but structured plans and agendas for managing workloads while promoting goal-oriented ways of working
- Explain and stimulate different innovation methodologies to those at different hierarchal levels
- Scout new technology advancements, startups, and manage pilots within a Nestle context
- Iterate prototypes to meet end user's wants and needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, engineering, ethics, or related field
- 5 years of leadership of experience managing multi-discipline teams
- 3 years of experience within Digital Product Development or Digital Innovation
- 1 years of experience in Design Thinking (i.e., UX/UI, BMC, VPC, LEAN/Agile, DevOps Project facilitation, startups)
- 1 years of experience on AI/ML initiatives
Other
- Experience working with project/product and iterative innovation management methodologies such as idea to concept to completion, design thinking, lean start-up, or SCRUM is preferred
- Understanding of product development life cycle, focus group management, customer journey creation, competitive research, customer research, etc. is preferred
- 1 years of experience working with startups, incubators, and accelerators is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is$115,000 - $175,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
