Seeking a motivated individual to join our team. Under the direction of the Lead Engineer will provide for the operation, care and maintenance of all plant processing equipment, packaging equipment, plant utilities, and building and grounds.

What you'll accomplish:
- Provides maintenance to all plant processing and packaging equipment, plant utilities, and building and grounds, which include boilers, refrigeration, coolers, HVAC, air compressors, fire suppression system, electrical/pneumatic controls and switch gear, water system and sewer, vehicles, and forklifts.
- Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and solve problems of mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic/hydraulic nature
- Executes Risk Predictions. FHF, Near Miss Reporting, Temporary repairs, etc. as required
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, packaging equipment, pneumatics, valves, conveyor system
- Being able to follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications, troubleshooting malfunctions.
Requirements:
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Utilities, Facilities or Production equipment maintenance preferred
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or direct experience with Maintenance Planning and/or supervision preferred
You're a good fit if you:
- Have knowledge of TPM/ PM Pillar Tolls
- Have strong technical, mechanical, and electrical skills
- Familiar with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) with the ability to mine and analyze data for trends/reports
- Have knowledge in predictive maintenance technologies including (infrared, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, etc.)
- Welding experience
- Detail oriented, able to work on a team and independently, willing to operate and support positive Nestle culture and established values
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $34.55. Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
