We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an individual contributor, you will be at the forefront of driving success and serving as a key voice to stakeholders. With your solid understanding of the business, you will gather and analyze crucial information, enabling us to deliver on our annual operating plan. This role is a key connection point, bridging all functions including Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Supply Chain. This role will be based in our Arlington, Virginia or Solon, Ohio office and report to the Senior Manager of Commercial Development.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership

- Possesses a strong focus on needs of Foodservice customers, operators, and consumers.
Planning and Execution
- Supports the Go-To-Market strategy to achieve all AOP (annual operating plan) and Sales objectives.
- Participates and/or leads projects as needed.
- Understands key business drivers of customers to identify and recognize growth opportunities.
- Leverages customer, category, channel/segment, and insights to provide direct input into the P&L.
- Gathers detailed information, analyzes, and investigates to create forecasts that incorporate sound understanding of risk and opportunity.
- Identifies and executes process improvements, with a broad understanding of issues and goals.
- Works on customer-facing initiatives from time to time.
- 2 years' experience in Sales, Marketing and/or related function
- Experience executing sales product strategy and/or sales plans
- Experience building product forecasts with multiple P&L factor considerations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI skills
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferred
- Experience and understanding of Foodservice channels, preferred
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, required
- Possesses business and financial acumen
- Demonstrates end-to-end thinking
- Ability to travel up to 20%
