We are currently looking to fill the position of Administrative Billing Specialist. If you have the skills and experience working in a small wholesale warehouse distribution environment, we invite you to apply today.

Essential Functions

  • Answer Phones
  • Check all sales orders for accuracy before they ship.
  • Accounts payable – pay vendor/supplier invoices.
  • Accounts receivable – deposit checks received from customers and apply all payments received to customer’s accounts.
  • Credit card transactions – preauthorize/charge/capture credit card payments.
  • Invoice/bill customers
  • Returns/defectives/mis-shipments.
  • Neta & GSA website – update customer’s orders with tracking info
  • PO/Invoice matching – enter vendor invoices in GP for payment.
  • Sort and file all closed sales orders.
  • Post the receiving of the POs made by the warehouse team using GP.

Required Education and Experience

Min. Associates Degree (e.g., life sciences such as biology, chemistry preferred) and/or Comparable Experience.

Experience with billing or AP/AR required

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional/warehouse office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Neta Scientific, Inc. normally is open for business from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You will be assigned a work schedule and you will be expected to begin and end work according to the schedule. To accommodate the needs of our business, at some point we may need to change individual work schedules on either a short-term or long-term basis.
