Job Posting for Implementation Product Specialist at Netchex
NETCHEX is seeking an Implementation Product Specialist to join our growing team! Implementation Product Specialist is responsible for helping existing clients adopt the additional business modules they purchase from Netchex. They will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of these projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with existing Netchex clients to manage the implementation of their additional business modules including setup, training, and post-conversion analysis
Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
Create project plans outlining key milestones and deliverables based on project timeline
Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight and coordination of resources
Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the project
Lead communication with clients and team members through completion of the project
Provide status reports and updates
Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
Work on projects of high complexity
Qualifications:
Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies
Knowledge of functional area and related company projects
Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Expertise with Microsoft Office
Commitment to being accountable for results
Capacity for building relationships both internally and externally
Strong focus on client service
Ability to think independently and make decisions
Strong interpersonal skills
Collaborative approach to work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Prior experience in the payroll, financial and/or service industry is preferred
