About the opportunity:
The Sales Enablement Specialist will be a part of the enablement team, and responsible for the coordination of training and enablement programs for the sales professionals globally. We are looking for someone who can quickly connect with our team members and use that relationship to build trust and credibility. A successful candidate will have experience creating training content that generates excitement, and comfortable coaching sales professionals on a 1on1 basis.
What your contributions will be:
- Spend time with sales individuals and departments to understand current processes, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and recommend training based on need.
- Create training content that is engaging, easily digestible, and practical.
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing group trainings.
- Work with sales leaders to determine upcoming training needs.
- Prepare ongoing reports and dashboards linking sales enablement efforts with time to ramp, satisfaction, content knowledge/comprehension, average sales price (ASP), close rate, forecast accuracy, etc.
What you will bring and need to be successful:
- 1 years professional experience in Enablement.
- 2 years professional experience in Sales or Sales Management
- Excellent knowledge of sales technologies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of training best practices and experience delivering training through a variety of delivery methods (online, in-person, etc.)
- High adaptability in flexibility, including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities, quick deadlines, and constant change.
- Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating multiple activities and programs within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
