Purpose of Position
The Supervisor, Warranty provides timely auditing and approval of all maintenance related invoices for assigned fleets. This includes ensuring all charges are reasonable and appropriate and determining if charges can be recovered manufacturer warranty, vendor charges and/or guaranteed service agreements. The Supervisor, Warranty leads conversations with vendors, manufacturer, and/or service agreements to resolve disputes and recover claims. The Supervisor, Warranty is a subject matter expert in assigned fleets and works with other departments within NetJets to achieve corporate goals. The Supervisor, Warranty leads a team of Maintenance Cost Auditors and ensures work is performed appropriately, workloads are leveled across the team, and any issues are resolved in accordance with NetJets policies.

Tasks And Responsibilities
- Audits and approves maintenance related invoices and identifies charges to be recovered from vendors, manufacturers, and/or service agreements.
- Supervises the activities of Maintenance Cost Auditors and/or Data Entry Clerks.
- Coordinates activities with other internal departments, providing subject matter expertise as appropriate.
