Access Control, CCTV, Audio/Video, and Structured Cabling Technician

NetLink Cabling Systems is a Madison, MS based telecommunications company founded in 1998 with openings for Access Control, CCTV, Audio/Video, and Structured Cabling Technicians. Netlink specializes in the design and installation of security, audio/video, CCTV, access control, intercom, structured cabling and automation systems. Duties and Responsibilities

· We are looking for positive individuals with a good work ethic and an eagerness to learn.

· An understanding of network fundamentals and copper/fiber infrastructure.

· Device configuration and installation of IP Camera, Access Control and Audio / Video Systems.

· Read and interpret drawings, floor plans and specifications.

· Perform basic cabling, terminations and testing.

· Must be organized, punctual and a self-motivated individual.

· The ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly as well as taking ownership in your project.

· Good customer service is a must when working with our clients.

· Daily paperwork is required at the end of each work day which includes a time sheet and job work orders.

· Must take pride in your work and have the drive to perform with efficiency.

Requirements

· We are looking for team players with good communication skills.

· Strong customer service skills are required.

· A valid US Drivers license with a good driving record is required.

· Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

· This is a full-time position. Typical work schedule is Monday – Friday.

· Some travel required.
