Responsibilities
Manage, coach, train, recognize and evaluate associates to foster a productive team environment
Develop and implement policies and procedures to support defined goals and objectives.
Conduct staff meetings at regular intervals for informative and educational purposes
Develop and implement strategies to impact our P&L
Ensure deliverables are prepared and executed per client's expectations
Escalate client issues as appropriate
Monitor relevant performance indicators including days in A/R, cash/net revenue, A/R aging, denials management, credit balances
Build a strong working relationship that balances the needs of our clients, associates and Netsmart
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or GED
At least5years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry experience
At least3years of peoplemanagement experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Working knowledge of the behavioral and/or post-acute healthcare industry
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Call center work experience
Activemedical coding certification
