The HR Generalist is a key member of the Human Resources department and is responsible for supporting various HR functions within Epec and related entities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the planning, development, and performance of various employee engagement efforts
- Utilize, develop, manage, and maintain various employee satisfaction data metrics and provide reports to senior department members
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll and related reports
- Help document, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Retrieve monthly bank statements and upload to company’s cloud-based system
- Maintain employee records, including personal data, job titles, and compensation details
- Prepare and manage weekly and bi-weekly HR reports and metrics to track key HR KPIs
- Assist in period-end closing and audits when needed
- Help coordinate tasks related to training and development programs for employees and departments
- Assist with administering employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.), including enrollment and monthly invoice reconciliations
- Help address employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts, aiming to resolve issues fairly and promptly and escalate or report incidents as required
- Run background checks and verification of employee new-hire eligibility
- Other job duties and special projects as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS software such as Paycom, ADP, or PeopleSoft preferred. Microsoft Office Suite familiarity required.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferred but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
