Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator will assist/provide support to project manager(s) and team(s) from project inception through closeout to include, but not limited to managing the flow of project documentation & communications (verbal & written) both internally and externally. This is full-time, on-site/in-office position located in Charleston, SC.
Position Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Company Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Acts as liaison, as required, for various project activities.
- Alerts Project Manager(s) on actions that can impact project schedule, costs, or quality of service.
- Provides necessary information to Project Managers and Engineering Department to make project relevant decisions.
- Keep Track of all Jobs opening and closing.
- Work with vendors and order material based on requirements set forth by project submittals and from Project Manager(s). Need to be able process RMA returns.
- Issuance of Purchase Orders to vendors for required project materials, supplies, etc.
- Assist Project Manager(s) with Job Creations & Change Orders.
- Coordinate and provide tech scheduling input to Project Manager(s).
- Manage vendors to meet deadlines and develop quality deliverables.
- Ensure integration and communication across project team and vendors.
- Project Budget - Coordinate with Project Manager(s) to ensure that project budget is developed and revised as needed.
- Regularly updates the Project Manager(s) as to progress of materials, lead times, delays or other relevant details that may affect project timelines.
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay engaged in design, construction, and maintenance of a major telecommunications network.
- Prepare all documentation for cost estimates as determined necessary for assigned projects.
- Prepare subcontractor & project schedule of values, subcontractor billings and owner billings to include AIA billings when required.
- Perform a needs assessment of customer requirements.
- Verifies jobsite material deliveries and maintains accurate on-site inventories while accounting for all materials delivered to all job sites at all times.
- Closeout documentation preparation including test results & blueprints/as-builts & Product Submittals & Final Billing.
- Other duties as assigned. Updating older forms and setting up new forms for new customers.

- Management/ Customer Service Skills
- Additional Manufacturer certifications / training
- Accounting/Billing Experience
- Industry certifications desirable (ex. CommScope, Bicsi, Corning, etc.)

Salary : $44,800 - $56,700
