What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Manager position at Network ESC?
Primary Responsibility:
To assist the Director of the Donor Database Center in providing quality control for all processing relating to the Donor Database
Center, managing integrity of data within the Raiser’s Edge database which supports all development activities within the
Archdiocese of New York.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Provide quality controls over database activities using a variety of tools and expertise.
· Ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion and in line with database policies and procedures.
· Accept, respond and resolve any database inquiries received by the Donor Database Center and staff.
· Produce reports and lists based on specifications provided from various departments.
· Ensure that biographical updates received from Parishes are entered accurately and on a timely basis.
· Complete additional projects and departmental base duties as necessary.
Education, Experience and Skills
· B.S. or B.A. or equivalent experience preferred.
· Proven expertise using the Raiser’s Edge (NXT) fundraising system with 3 years of experience.
· Strong people and project management skills.
· Advanced oral, written and communication skills.
· Advanced problems solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
· Knowledge of Luminate Online and Import-O-Matic.
· Blackbaud Certification(s) a plus
