Inside Sales Associate

NetWorks Inc is seeking a Highly Motivated, Self-Starter, Excellent Work Ethic, Outgoing Inside Sales Associate to join our team! We are looking for Inside Account Associate that will reach out to cold/warm leads through cold calling.

Must have the ability to successfully represent NetWorks, Inc and sell information technology hardware and software solutions to our current customers as well as new opportunities. You will create and maintain solid relationships with your accounts and use a consultative approach to understand their current business goals and objectives and to leverage that knowledge to position and sell the appropriate solution.

NetWorks, Inc., is looking for inside sales account Associates to sell our IT services to Small to Medium sized businesses (SMBs). Prior successful B2B IT sales experience is a plus. We’ve been in the IT business since 1994, and have partnered with Arctic Wolf, Cisco Systems. DELL Technologies, Extreme Networks, HPE, HPE Aruba, Sangoma / Digium, Microsoft, Nutanix, offsitedatasync, Ring Central, Veeam, VMware / Carbon Black, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Develop client relationships, uncover opportunities, understand decision, and budget process, qualify, close business, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage distributor vendor/partner relationships to maximize profitability, resources, and delivery of solutions to customers and prospects
  • Be fully prepared on every sales call to be able to execute a sales plan. This includes pre-meeting preparation, sales call goal setting, overcoming objections, proper materials and resource execution, and a follow-up plan.
  • Collaborate with sales, and engineering teams to accurately scope and execute projects, be a team player
  • Quickly gain knowledge of product offerings through online courses, self-study, and assessments. Continuous education in related technology.
  • Manage opportunities in our CRM with the appropriate account information, quotes, and proposals
  • Ensure client satisfaction that drives sales and leads to customer retention
  • Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with client executives.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • An ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.
  • Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts.
  • Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory.

Skills

  • Ability to understand, position and successfully sell technical solutions with the highest level of integrity
  • Must have ability to call, prospect and convert calls to actual sales activities
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative. Able to face rejection and move forward.
  • Background in sales and information technology consultant services sales
  • Selling technology solutions to commercial accounts
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency using MS Office, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and the internet for research, e.g., Google, LinkedIn, ConnectWise
  • Familiarity with using a CRM along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a technical team. Willing to take ownership of issues and customer situations and develop action plans to assure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Must be a highly skilled and highly motivated by a performance-based compensation plan.
  • Comprehend technology and how technology enables business productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Take on the role of a true solution provider and trusted advisor to clients.
  • High Energy and hungry for success
  • 2-year Associate’s or BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in business-to-business sales/marketing, preferably software or technology products/services
  • High Integrity with technical consulting sales experience
